Catherine is a Colombian American who desires to see people brought to life through the hearing of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is married to the love of her life, Luis, who serves as a deacon at Park Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC. Together they have four precious and unique gifts from God, whom the Lord has used to greatly impact their love and dependence on the gospel: Catarina, Cristiano, Ariana, and Josiah.

Catherine graduated from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte in 2015 with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She received her undergraduate in Psychology from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing certification as a Biblical Counselor through LowCountry Biblical Counseling Center. Through Pillar, Catherine is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the great work the Lord is doing throughout Latin America, throughout the world, and is greatly expectant for all that God has yet to do. She is excited to provide support to biblically sound, local churches who seek to glorify God in their commitment to preaching the sufficiency of Scripture. "For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe" 1 Timothy 4:10 (ESV).
